Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AVN Foundation, we are committed to maintaining transparency and trust with all our beneficiaries, members, and supporters. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which donations, contributions, and programme-related payments may be refunded or cancelled.

1. Donations

  • All donations made to AVN Foundation through the AVN App or Website are considered voluntary and non-refundable.
  • Once a donation has been received successfully, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors leading to excess charges.
  • Refund requests for the above cases must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction, along with proof of payment.

2. Programme Applications & Contributions

  • Contributions or payments made towards programme applications (such as Var-Vadhu Shagun Yojana – VVSY) are non-refundable, as they directly support administrative, operational, and social welfare activities.
  • Once an application is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or withdrawn.
  • AVN Foundation does not guarantee programme acceptance or benefit disbursement solely on the basis of contribution. Programme eligibility will always depend on verification and policy criteria.

3. Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved (in cases like duplicate transactions), it will be processed back to the original payment method (bank/UPI/card) within 7–10 working days.
  • All refund requests must be sent to support@avnfoundationindia.com with: Full name of donor/applicant, transaction ID, date and mode of payment, reason for refund request.

4. Payment Gateway Charges

Payment processing fees or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Cancellation by AVN Foundation

  • AVN Foundation reserves the right to cancel any application or transaction in cases of fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or violation of Terms & Conditions.
  • In such cases, AVN Foundation may decide whether a refund is applicable, on a case-by-case basis.
