Welcome to the AVN App, developed and managed by AVN Foundation ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our app or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the AVN App.
1. About AVN Foundation
AVN Foundation is a non-governmental, non-profit organization (NGO) working towards social welfare through initiatives like Var-Vadhu Shagun Yojana (VVSY) and other community programmes.
The AVN App provides beneficiaries, community members, and supporters with access to:
- Programme applications and tracking
- Digital passbook and financial transparency
- Notifications and status updates
- Secure payment and donation features
2. Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older to use the AVN App.
- Beneficiaries must meet eligibility criteria as defined by AVN Foundation programmes.
- By using the App, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate personal details and documents during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and OTPs.
- You agree not to misuse the app for fraudulent purposes, false claims, or unauthorized transactions.
- You must comply with applicable laws of India when using the App.
4. Payments, Donations & Refunds
- Donations made via the AVN App are voluntary contributions to AVN Foundation.
- Donations are non-refundable unless a technical error occurs (e.g., duplicate transaction).
- Refund requests (if any) must be raised within 7 working days by emailing support@avnfoundationindia.com with transaction details.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways like Razorpay; AVN Foundation does not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
5. Programmes & Benefits
- Programme benefits (like VVSY) are subject to eligibility, verification, and fund availability.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or support.
- AVN Foundation reserves the right to approve, reject, or withhold any application in line with policies.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the App (logos, text, graphics, features, software) belongs to AVN Foundation. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute app content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
AVN Foundation strives for accuracy but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the App. We are not liable for delays, technical issues, or damages caused by misuse of the App. AVN Foundation’s liability for any claim will be limited to the amount donated or transaction value.
8. Termination of Use
AVN Foundation may suspend or terminate access if a user engages in misuse, fraud, or policy violation. Users may deactivate their account anytime by contacting support@avnfoundationindia.com.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jharkhand courts.
